“Girls and women are valuable people who possess outstanding skills and talents. Where they have the opportunity for education, they usually do the best degrees and study in all disciplines. Women thus represent an important economic potential for every country. Studies prove that companies with diverse teams and women in leadership are more economically successful. Therefore, it is important to provide education to girls and women and to encourage them to start their own business.
